Thank you for filling out the form to chase up your results. Your request is with our results team who will follow up pathology, please allow them some time to respond. We will get back to you within one business day if it has been more than 3 days since you were tested.
The team will follow up your results using the information on this form after the third day.
Medirecords App issues.
If you have setup the the Medirecords App without using the SMS token, and are unable to see your results in the Medirecords application. It is ok, and this is an easy fix!
Please do the following:
Open the MediRecords app
Click on Share Records
Select Full Records
Search for Stigma Health 2.0 Pty Ltd then select the icon in the top right corner
Yes to confirm
Please let us know when you have done this, we will then finish linking you and republish your results, under results and your doctors letter will be under correspondence. We will let you know when we’ve done this!
